Brand new to the Insomniac Series, we are stoked to create yet another opportunity to ride under the night sky this July! Introducing the Stunner Virtual Night Ride, the third summer night adventure in the Insomniac Series! Amazement and wonder await riders who venture along the milky way to escape the daytime doldrums. Ride with others virtually around the world and become part of a larger community that dares to stun the darkness with the fire of personal achievement.
Skip your nightly routine, put a pause on that Netflix binge, and chase your miles under the city lamp lights to discover both the light and dark. You'll be surprised by you find. Choose from two fixed-time options in three categories offered and accumulate as many miles as you can in the given time. Or take the ultra 100 Mile challenge and ride beyond the given time towards the dawn until you reach 100 Miles: The Stunner Dawn Breaker 100 Mile (details below).
The Stunner Virtual Night Ride is part of the Virtual Insomniac Series, challenging cyclists from around the world to come together and shred the night. Join a community and experience an adventure made possible through online social sharing. Take photos, make videos, explore your cities, and share your stories of motivation, inspiration, and triumph with us and with each other. Stun the world with your fire and light the way for others. Short and Sweet Headlines are Best!
The Stunner Virtual Night Ride is inspired by a brand new addition to our Insomniac series, with plans to host the new night ride in the stunningly beautiful Usery Mountain Regional Park in Mesa, Arizona. We love our regional parks and want to continue to support them.
To help promote one of our favorite Maricopa Parks, we are offering all participants a glimpse of the Stunner race course through our new interactive video venture; an Insomniac Trail Series simulation designed to takes viewers on a virtual tour of the park. These virtual course videos allow participants to race along with our hosts as they feature each distance offered in the Stunner Night Race lineup. Watch as you put in miles at home on your trainer or view for inspiration before your own night adventure!
To further our commitment to our local parks, a portion of each entry will be donated directly to the Maricopa Parks & Recreation Department to help offset the loss of revenue experienced by the park due to cancelled events. Become a virtual steward of the trails and help us in our efforts to proudly support our parks.

You're invited! Join us Saturday night, July 18th, for a Summer Insomniac Party Stream! Get pumped and join a party of online hosts and a virtual DJ that will keep you moving through the night! Tune in and take the party with you on your adventure or celebrate with us and join in for some post-race fun!
Social networking FTW! When you complete your ride, submit your results here. If you have a link to your Strava that is the easiest way to verify. Your results will post instantly to see where you stand. The virtual high-fives and kudos that go along with crossing that finish line are on us!

If you're looking for some extra miles this summer, take advantage of our summer double down "Run & Ride." Riders have an option to add a 6K, 12K, 25K or 50K run to their insomniac adventure upon registration! It's a chance for some extra bling and an opportunity to shake up your summer routine.
Dawn Breaker 100
THE STUNNER DAWN BREAKER 100 MILE CHALLENGE: For the endurance fanatics who claim they can go all night long, we issue you a challenge that will crown you a true insomniac and earn you the STUNNER Dawn Breaker Buckle. Extend your ride beyond three or six hours and complete 100 miles to earn this custom award! Opt in during registration. Will you take the challenge?
A Series Possessed
For those who want to tackle an ULTRA summer, we've designed a Dawn Breaker Series challenge that inspires the truly possessed! Commit to all distances, in all six races, and earn all six buckles for a total of 600 Miles of summer! The Possessed Pass includes a personalized Possessed Buckle Display to showcase your insanity. All awards are designed and crafted by Aravaipa Artworx. Test your level of sanity this summer--how far will you go?

Riders have the option to upgrade to a premium finisher award that is larger and designed to be displayed on a shelf or table top, replacing the base packet finisher medal.
PODIUM
The top three men and top three women in each duration and in the following categories will also be mailed podium awards designed and created by Aravaipa Artworx:

Do I have to cycle at night? What if I can't or I don't feel comfortable biking after dark? While we encourage all participants to venture out and experience the magic of riding at night, you are not required to ride at night. If you want to ride on your trainer at home in your living room or cruise at dawn or dusk it's up to you! Please ride safe and at a comfort level that is best for you.
Can I complete my ride in stages? All riders must complete their selected time in one continuous go.
Can I change my race duration? Riders may change their distance any time, no need to notify us. Simply submit results for the distance you ride and your category. Indoor trainers will automatically join the ROAD category.
