Join us and Seize the Night
Join us this summer as we ride into the night and glimpse our world nocturnal. Aravaipa Rides kicks off our night series with six rides to get you howling at the moon! This ride series will challenge us all to push beyond the shadows of doubt and wonder in order to illuminate a world of possibility.
It's our way of escaping the summer heat while continuing to race and experience both familiar and unfamiliar trails in a different light. Distances range from 7 miles to 12-hours.
What will you discover in the night? How far will the stars guide your path? With a race scheduled every month, imagine how far your summer will take you!
Registration options include the entire Insomniac series race pack or a 3-race pack that allows you to choose your races and distances.

*Fine Print: When registering for the Insomniac Night Trail Ride Pass options, there is no refund for missing one or more races in the series, whether notified before or after the event. Series Points
Find out where you stack up against your competition in your respective distances! We will take the 3 best (of 6 races) scores to name our top winners.
1st Place: Race Entry into the Aravaipa Race of their choice *distance must equate to Series Pass distance. For Example: 1st Place in Jitters Pass will allow entry into any Aravaipa Race distance up to 10K, Wingsuit Pass up to 20K, Vigil Pass up to 31K, and Delirium Pass up to 50K. Evolution Pass participants must complete 5 out of the 6 races, including the Javelina Jangover 50K, to be eligible for top 3! 1st Place in Evolution will receive an Aravaipa Race Entry to any race up to 50K.
2nd Place: $30 race credit to be used towards any Aravaipa Race
3rd Place: $15 race credit to be used towards any Aravaipa Race
*Credits will be good for one year from date of issuance and can only be used once. If you withdraw from an event for which credits were used, you will not be reissued those credits. No refunds or credits will be provided for dropping down in race distance.
Within each series (Jitters, Wingsuit, Vigil, Delirium, Evolution) the winner of any given race will be awarded 1000 points. All other runners in that category will receive a percentage of 1000 equal to the ratio of the winner's time to their time. For example, if the winner finishes in 4:00 and you finish in 5:30, you will receive (240 minutes/330 minutes) * 1000 = 727 points (points will be rounded to the nearest whole number).
A runner's series score will be determined by adding the top 3 scores from individual races. Although running a single race will enter you into the point series, running 3 races will provide a competitive score. Running more than 3 races will provide an opportunity to improve your score. Note that points are not shared between series, so points scored in the Jitters Series do not apply to the Vigil Series, and vice versa.
